Luna & Cove offers a two-year warranty on all our jewelry pieces. We cover any manufacturing defects including breakage, tarnishing; or damage during shipping — with replacements provided at no cost. For all warranty returns, please return the package in the original packaging and jewelry piece corelating to the order number. For any questions or assistance with your warranty, please contact us — we’re here to help ensure your pieces last beautifully for years to come.
Repair, Replate, Replace
As part of our warranty, we’re proud to offer one complimentary repair, replate, or replacement for your first piece needing care — a gesture to ensure you feel confident in every purchase. For future care requests, a $30 shipping and processing fee applies.
