Luna & Cove accepts returns within 90 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, including any boxes or pouches.

Your first return is on us — we’ll cover the return shipping and processing costs. For any future returns, a $12 fee will apply to cover shipping and processing.

Please note that worn or damaged jewelry cannot be accepted for permanent return due to hygiene and quality standards, but may qualify for our warranty for damages during manufacturing or shipping.

All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
